Automotive C.P.R.

Using an Automotive Loan to Help Your Credit

Automotive C.P.R.: What is it? Automotive C.P.R. (Car Payment Reduction) is simple. It is a way for you to either lower your current vehicle payment or how to find a traditional automotive loan when others have turned you down. It is part of Jack Link's Auto & RV Supercenter's commitment as Your Family's Auto & RV Dealer. Solutions experts for the everyday car problems.

What is Automotive C.P.R.? It is incredibly simple and consists of four different “parts.”

1)
Refinancing your current vehicle loan
2)
Trading in for a better vehicle with a lower payment or better interest rate
3)
Rebuilding your credit with a new auto loan (Re-establishing credit)
4)
Getting the finance YOU haven't found anywhere else Financing vs. Buy Here, Pay Here dealerships

Now that we have identified what Automotive CPR really is, lets talk about how you can take advantage of this great program.

Refinance Your Current Loan:

First off, refinancing your current loan. Lets face it, not many of us got out of the late 2000's without some kind of financial dent, scratch, ding or mark. Bankruptcy, forced mortgage re-financing, foreclosure, missed payments and more. Almost EVERYONE's credit took a hit all the way up until just recently. Many people still needed a new car, and unfortunately those "credit bruises" may have made your car loan interest rate go crazy. Banks were tight with their financing and MANY people had to take interest rates that turned their stomach. Does this sound familiar? Well the good news is that if you have been making on time payments, there is a great chance that we can refinance YOUR current loan for a shorter term and a lower rate.

Just like a home mortgage, as your credit score increases and you create more credit history, you may qualify for better terms on the loan. In some cases, you can refinance your current loan at the current length for a large reduction in your interest rate. Most people don’t even think about re-financing their vehicle or realize that they can do it. What that amounts to is throwing your hard earned money right out the window. Refinancing your loan can reduce the payment on your vehicle and save you money and increase your monthly cash flow. If you stay at the same loan length, reduce the interest rate and continue to make the same payment, you can even pay off your loan early and create some great positive equity in your vehicle.

Trading in Your Current Vehicle:

Next, maybe at this point, you have repaired your credit a bit and are ready to get a car you ACTUALLY want. Maybe you are 2/3 the way through your vehicle loan but your vehicle is starting to show it's age. Either way, now may be the right time to trade in that old ride for a vehicle that suits your life a bit better. Like the old saying, "Make hay while it shines." Right now trade values are at a premium. Current NADA values for lightly used pre-owned vehicles (your trade) are near record highs, pre-owned dealer prices are low and rebates and incentives on new vehicles are at almost record highs. All these things combined mean that your trade is worth more and vehicle prices are ripe for a good deal. Not only that, but automotive manufacturers like Ford are giving extra discounts just to get you into a new ride. Looking for a pre-owned vehicle to lower the cost of a newer ride? We SPECIALIZE in getting great deals on in-demand rides, and can (and will!) get you out of a ride you hate and into a vehicle that you actually want to drive! Not only that, but New Ford and Lincoln vehicles are being priced to move. That means that dealer discounts are increased beyond just manufacturer rebates and incentives, and in some cases, you can get a brand new car for the cost of a pre-owned.

Re-build and Re-establish Your Credit:

Is your credit score less than perfect? Is your credit still a bit "crusty"? No worries. Automotive CPR was built with YOU in mind! Again, we know that life has a way of throwing us curve balls and coming up with unexpected bumps along the way. We have special lenders that can help ANYONE with ANY credit situation. Now, that may mean a bit of elbow grease on your part, but with our Red Carpet Credit Approval Process, we have a solution for everyone!

Different lenders have different criteria for approving customers. Some lenders specialize in lending with tougher credit customers. The main idea is to get a customer into a vehicle loan that they can afford and establish positive credit history and increase your credit score. Once a customer has made enough payments on time (anywhere from 9 to 24 months,) we can re-evaluate their credit situation and usually get them into a loan that is a better fit and into a better vehicle. Just like anything in life, it takes a bit of work, but anything worth doing is worth doing right. Get back on the good credit horse with a loan you can afford all while driving a reliable vehicle that won't cost you an arm or a leg.

Getting Financed After Turn Downs:

Finally, getting the automotive credit you need. We've been there. It's no secret that life can toss you a curve ball that makes it almost impossible to move forward. Loan request turn downs can suck. Just remember though, EVERY PROBLEM HAS A SOLUTION. The solution isn't always the easiest to find or always the easiest to accomplish, but we guarantee their is always a way. We have seen it and found ways to help EVERYONE. Every week we have customers walk through our store doors with a story of being sent to every bank under the sun only to get turned down. They, and maybe you, feel like your only way of getting a vehicle is a "buy here, pay here" car lot. We understand how that feels, but before you take that jump, give us a shot.

Most BHPH (thats Buy Here - Pay Here) lots don't review your credit history from the Big 3 credit agencies (Experian, Equifax and Transunion.) Sounds great right? You don't have to get your credit pulled and you get a car, right? Wrong. If they don't request your credit, what is the chance they will report on time payments to help you get back on your "credit" ready feet? If they don't report it, then it won't help you out in the future. Sure, you can get into a vehicle, but in most cases, it won't be a vehicle that you will want. To top it off, in most cases you will get a car for WAY more than it's worth in barely serviceable condition in many cases and pay an inflated bi-weekly payment for a car you hate. If you hear a commercial that says "no credit checks" to get a new vehicle, there is a reason why and most likely a few catches. At Jack Link's Auto & RV Supercenter, we will do our best to get you a great vehicle that has been fully inspected and a REAL auto loan that will help improve your credit. Safety, reliability and commitment to you and your car are important EVERY time you buy a car. In a year or two with on time payments, we can upgrade you into an even NICER vehicle that you really want and get you a payment and interest rate that work for you.

So, if you need a newer vehicle and aren't sure what to do... give Jack Link's Auto & RV Supercenter a chance to find you a cure! Automotive CPR (Car Payment Reduction) is the answer you have been looking for. Give us a call at 844-429-7569! We can't wait to hear from you!
